This video is from The North Face 50 Mile Endurance run in Bear Mountain, New York. This race took place on 5/9/2009. This is the medium length version. The course is very technical and runs through Bear Mountain & Harriman State Park. This area is great place to train and is just a 40 minute drive from the George Washington Bridge.
