Do you think Caroline Wimmer's parents should be compensated in law suit against FaceBook and the Paramedic that posted pics on FaceBook of her body at murder scene, if so how much?

I knew Carole personally. She was the daughter I never had. The pain of her loss is still fresh. I think both the company should pay dearly but Facebook should go bankrupt with whatthey should be made to pay. Facebook supposedly has to review every pic before it's posted so how did a photo of my poor Carole make it onto Facebook??? Yes the caught the bastard who murderd her but our suffering still goes on. Thank you for the video and for your thoughts.

Five million dollars my ass...How about 500 million dollars and wipe face book off the face of the earth. As far as that EMT goes... hose his naked ass down with a fire hose and plaster that video all over face book. Public servants are getting more brazen everyday...they need to get fired. i'd say millions of photos are uploaded to fb every minute. (just a guess) i just dont think its possible to catch everything. and if they did compensate unfortunatly i believe it would be too easy for others to make false claims. example off the top of my head; say you and a buddy sceme and take a picture of you getting out of the shower and he postes it and get money too. then others catch on. see where im going with this? stuff like that is the reason i don't use fb or ms.

I think the ambulance company that is bonded should be liable, they hired the bastard. He should be arrested, he should lose everything he owns and be forced to sell whatever he has and the parents should get it. As far as facebook, unless they had a system where all photos were approved ahead of time I'm not sure how they would know it was there until someone reported it, then it's too late. Family deserves to be compensated if you ask me. Hi from San Diego, just crazy Marine with insomnia lol
