Silva Mind Control History

Silva began developing the method; formerly known as Silva Mind Control, in the 1940s before launching it commercially in the 1960s.[1][2]. It developed out of Silva's conviction that the thoughts and actions of 90% of the world's population were governed by the the left hemisphere of their brain; limiting them using only logical, intellectual, objective means of problem resolution. Silva believed that by training people to think with both the right brain hemisphere as well as their left they could access information stored at a subconscious level. [1][2] According to Skeptical author Robert Carroll, the Silva method appears to be based on the work of Roger Wolcott Sperry, but with Silva's own twists in it that make it an inaccurate model. [1]

Remember it is the Basis of all other similar cults especially the POSITIVE CONFESSION movement. One thing Chilled me in this Debate when Jose Silva said Negative comments are the Problem. And he meant those negative spiritual comments the Word of God speaks against. Accountability to For Your personal sin against God and Accountability to the Fruits of Good Teaching following preaching the words of JESUS.

I would follow Jesus straight into fire if he was standing in front of me, but I refuse to blindly accept anything as fact that comes from altered Texts that were not written by Jesus himself, and how much in fact of it has not been altered and skewed and manipulated in the early days of the Church is open to intense debate. Who wrote the Bible anyway, assuming for a minute it's unadulterated...it wasn't Jesus.

I think the thing that snags most people is they automatically assume that the words in the Bible have to be ALL from Jesus and not from an Emporer named Constantinople claiming to be words spoken by Jesus. How would they know. The sheep unquestionably accept that, and I think that's scary. That people are that open to manipulation.

The Father that dwelleth within...gee this guy wouldn't know a dose of reality if it hit him upside the head with a Mack truck. Is he really that blind to see? @dazeycutr As do all good manipulative and highly intelligent apologists, right or wrong, usually wrong. This is so silly. Lets stay in the dark ages and crucify those who wish to further human potential. Dave Hunt juxtaposes the miracles of Jesus with somebody using their mind...God created these minds, leaving God given abilities dormant makes you holy but learning to use them is sin? What a twist of logic. Perhaps Jesus called it the Spirit and Jose calls it something else, changes nothing.
