Well, a lot has changed at WABC-TV New York since the last rundown, they are inching closer to truly representing what a flagship station is supposed to be like. The last rundown was done in January 2008, now its October 2008. Ten months later and a lot has changed! The station's graphics have been overhauled. Music is still the same though. The music has been in use since late 1999 so its been nearly 10 years now that they've been using this music package. This newscast rundown features the station's leading talent, Bill Ritter, Liz Cho, Lee Goldberg and Scott Clark. Many stories were truncated or even removed in effort to make the video under 10 minutes, which is YouTube's guideline. Overall the quality of the newscast has not faltered one bit since January. Eyewitness News truly is still the same it has been for the many years its been on the air.

Elizabeth Cho quote "Whoever thunk it" in my video, search for "liz thunk" (without the quotes) or click on Super1NYC and check out the video showing a completely empty Grand Central Station in NYC. I also captured the earthquake in New York City as it happened, search for Maspeth earthquake

This intro is so much better than the previous one - a lot cleaner and better animated.

The best newscast in NY, and sadly, the only NY station we don't get in the Poconos.

Thank you for uploading these. It's nice to see Eyewitness News in a fuller video than what most other users upload. As for the new changes, I like them, but I think I may prefer the old graphics merely for sentimental reasons.
