  • martins d-16 has it beat

  • Gibson guitars are the best sounding period. Martins don't even compare to my ears.

  • Freakin awesome!

  • ...i think, you are skilled in classical playing, like rodrigo ... ! am i right ??? subbed ! LES

  • Your playing, combined with that guitar, is like a slice of heaven. I know where I am buying my next guitar.

  • @perkalator104 Yes I have played old vintage Gibson guitars. Gibson vintage aren't even as good as new Martins. Gibson old and new are muddy, tinny, and half the guitar as a Martin.

  • @bluegrasssingingman Have you ever played a 1951 made Gibson J-45? Not tinny or muddy in the least!

  • I have a j45 mapleburst custom shop and to my ear it's purely beautiful. All this Martin vs Gibson BS needs to end everyone desires their own taste, tone and playability. State your opinion and let it be without tearing apart everyone else's g/f (guitar)

  • What strings do you use

  • @flatpikinguitar Collings and Bourgeois are way over priced. I'll keep my Martins. Collings and Bourgeois is no more hand made then Taylor. Martin and Santa Cruz are the best, and are still hand built. You need to go watch how guitars are made. You will see they all are pretty much made the same way. They all use machines to a point, and they all copy Martin for a reason. It is called Since 1833 and the greatest still today. Collings are over priced shit sounding no better then Taylor, Gibson
