  • maybe I have a different model

my zen micro photo doesn't have the top piece

  • This video is for Zen Micro, not Zen MicroPhoto

  • I did manage to disassemble my zen micro photo after all, thank you for the tutorial. It helped alot.

I accidently touched one of the small chips and it fell off. in your video, you can see it at 4:32. there's two near the top. I was wondering how I can put it back on.

  • Examine all the gold pins carefully to see if any of them have been damaged or bent first. If they're all perfectly in place, you can simply put the piece back on.

  • so how do u fix the part where it freezes?

  • Replace the hard drive. TheGadgetDr . com

  • And what should I do if they aren't in their place?

  • wth mine is black

  • i have a zen microphoto, it turns on but doesnt go past the Creative logo.... what do i do?? new battery?

  • I still use my Zen. The software it comes with for transferring songs isn't as intuitive as it should be (still better than iTunes in my opinion) but once you get the hang of it, it gets the job done. You really should just be able to drag and drop folders to it without having to it without needing any proprietary drivers.

  • thank you so much D= I don't know what I would have done without you
