i would say it depends on water condition, similar say that more food given = bad water quality, and I will judge on "water color" when I using green water

they are superb, where you got them? In sinagpore most shop selling thai or china ranchu.

thanks, the larger one was breeded by myself and the smaller one was breeded by my master. myself hadn't kept any of those JP ranchu since the interesting of keeping JP ranchu is breeding instead of go to some shops to buy one. and of course, the only way to get some nice fish is to do breeding yourself

Sorry 1 more question, for ranchu is it better to have regular change of water or more advisable to allow the water to "age". I have practised changing water daily and indeed they grow faster but some keepers told me that the ranchu colour will actually become faded. Pls advise. Many thks
