  • I have some friends who go to RPI, so if they don't already know about this co-op I will spread the word!

Also, cheers for supporting small businesses.

  • @RutabagaNoUta oh! awesome! Thanks so much !

  • this was the best guilt trip i've ever been taken on. no sarcasm, seriously: thank you. sometimes people need a kick.

  • @fecklessman this means a lot coming from you. <3

  • I patronise my favourite grocery store. Every time I go in, I lean over the counter and explain, really slowly, how to run a grocery store. They love that shit.

  • @hexachordal it's really early, and laughing is a nice change from my otherwise groaning countenance.

  • I love local businesses. I think it's amazing to see places that are run by locals--they're so much more original and interesting.

  • I fully appreciate this video. I work at a family-owned drive-in restaurant and I hope that we can stay in business for many years to come. We have people come in all the time, telling us about when they came here as a child with their parents. Now they come and bring their kids. It's a nice atmosphere :)

  • EXCELLENT! :O) I feel blessed to have my co-op here in Cambridge. I love that I can walk everywhere I need to go and have access to fantastic shops and cafes!!

  • EXCELLENT! :O)

  • Bravo. well said Emily. Spreading the word about locally owned and operated shops and businesses. as always your videos entertain and enlighten =)

  • @ChateauOfADoubt thanks. also, i can hear the buried annoyance and frustration in your voice in this video. it adds to the tension for the viewer. ;-D hopefully it'll motivate people.

  • Caring for small business = awesome
