Last time I saw Brian Rutland was in the late 60s at the Crown Twickenham and he had Sammy Rimmington in the band - what a band that was! Where is he now anyone know? Still playing well I see.

Great to see the Band again, Thanks!

What about the Madingley Club in the early 70s - great band then. Anyone know where he's playing these days?

I have Brian Ritland's 'Undecided' LP in my collection with Roy Williams, John Barnes and Danny Moss. Great jazz but more mainstream that the clip shown here.
I have more of Brian Rutland playing with Colin Kingwell at a Gig in Brentford in 1997.
However it's on Hi8 anaologue tape. Im still waiting for the conversion cable (by mail-order) to put this on to my iMac from an old Hi 8 camcorder. Watch this space Pete - pridex8

Ah!.... takes me back to the good old days at "The Fox".
When are we going to hear a rendition of Brian singing "Slow Boat to China"?
