@girlfromrome2 Occupational Health and Safety would suggest that she shouldn't be taking reusable cloths from house to house. It was made clear at the beginning of the series that this was learning "how to clean your house like a professional."

ok, she is soooooooooooo doing it all wrong. I own a service now for 30 years~ Products are wrong, suppose to work from top to bottom, she is using a TON of paper towels (not being green) you are to use disinfectant on ENTIRE TANK, SEAT, BASE, HANDLE~ 8 MINUTES? oops she forgot to disinfect the outside of the sink cabinet where urine usually splashes onto

This is stupid. Clean from the top down-damn. And use scrubbing bubbles or some crap, which kills 99.9% germs and use it on the whole toilet. You don't need 500 different products.

Sorry but the only thing that can clean a loo sometimes is bleach down it nothing else works if its stained.. !!!

professional my ASS SHE NEVER CLEANED THE TOILT SEAT!!!! At 5:08 she sprays the seat and cover then cleans the cover, after that she closes the seat!!! NO ONE SEES THIS???

I never mix my cleaners, I would need an oxygen mask if I did that!

I disagree with her. You should force flush the toilet, getting as much water out as possible. Then the disinfectant can cover the entire bowl. If water is in the bowl, the cleaner will dissolve and not stick to the sides.
