@Robopencil no, what you see is his right hand coming up to the height of his chest, but it never reaches the seatbelt that is behind his left shoulder. If he put it on, you'd be able to see the belt going over his shoulder and down as he pulls away. Which you can't. I've seen a CLS interior in person, you'd be able to see the light gray belt against his dark gray shirt. : )

its a 2006+ Mercedes CLS55. You'd think that he'd wear a seat belt, being the father of 3 kids and wanting to lead by example, not to mention to be there when they grow up. Just saying... lol. Nice to see him out & about though.
