I read where scientists said, "we didn't know this could happen so quickly". I couldn't help but laugh. I'm not one of those new earth people, but its funny to think that this could split into an ocean inside of ones lifetime, utterly baffling science, who would have to admit that it might not have taken billions of years to create the others. That would be funny. Just my ADD thought for the day. lol

no. one theory is that meteors contain little droplets of water and when they hit earth while it was "evolving" and the water eventually built up enough to create an ocean...MY ASS theres no way THAT MANY meteors hit earth enough to create oceans
