I dislike what the media has turned the event into and think it's blown out of proportion by most people. I see people saying "NEVER FORGET" and all I can think is, "Yeah, nobody is gonna forget what happened. Can we stop using this abused saying every time we reference 9/11 now?" I had just turned 18, woke up at a friends house and was told we might be going to war. Beyond the slight fear of possibly being drafted, I've never felt much of anything, honestly. I'm not super patriotic either.
