(sorry 2 posts..) ..their football.I was in goal (I'm 32..) and despite being a bit less mobile than the other lads (he's a little overweight) Fede was actually instrumental with 3 goals in a 10-8 win! I was only giving him vocal advice - just like the other kids in my team. No need to say he was over the moon. He's been playing for a while now, so apart from wanting to share this what I'm saying is keep your beloved ones playing, like everyone else they learn and improve skills with practice!

My brother with down syndrome turned 22 two days ago and even though I live abroad I was back to where I'm from for a few days. Today I took him to the park, he was fully kitted on in Internazionale FC gear (even the ball), we started taking shots in a little 5 a side pitch, a couple of kids joined in casually at first, then because there was about 10 of them I thought I'd organise a little match.Federico and I were playing with a couple of 10 year olds against a group of 12 year olds who knew..
