Forgo construction of dams in Nubia.

@coyoluo Check out Karnak and Kom Ombo in Egypt then look for an older Luo to translate. Their names translate into the exact functions perfomed (by joluo) there. I thank my Grandpa for passing on this knowledge and why exactly we left the land. I think It's time I wrote that book on real Luo history not the crap we have been fed -:)
