  • @endlessthread Your so dumb how are you alive?

  • @GaryNull if George Carlin is so smart why is he dead?

  • Thanks for posting the lesson I really enjoyed it you are awesome.

  • Speaking of white guys singing the blues, I like to insert the lyrics by Martin Mull. "When I woke up this morning, I saw both cars were gone. I felt so low down deep inside, I threw my drink across the lawn.

  • Gary you are full of crap my friend. I've played slide delta blues for 7 years now just for fun at home and it makes me feel good to hear it coming from my guitar. Carlin was either taken out of context the way you are presenting his quote or he was as full of as much crap as you are. Stevie Ray Vaughn, who most people probably respect more than Carlin on the topic of blues once said something to the effect of : I want to take the color out of the blues. Explain your "very true too" comment ?

  • @m0t0skoot I believe he is walking down to E7 and then a Bb7. No promises there, but it sounds and looks right.

  • Anyone know what change he makes at the end of his three moves from the E7 down to first fret. The melody falls and then he hits some frets that look like variations of an E but I can't tell exactlly which chords he is hitting before he starts the next phrases of the melody.

  • Fred you got class.. I enjoy your teaching techniques! Definately an "aha" moment!! Really awesome inversions for the same open chords! I have been wanting to get out of the open chords and start playing on the neck.. Your explanations made it easy to understand how to do this! Now all I need is a blues harp and I will be all set!

Thank you for sharing this lesson for free.. What an awesome lesson!

No, it's standard tuning. I happen to own the DVD, so trust me. :-)
