Piece of cake with HHO !! Easy welding of HHO, Steel tube 1/2 " ( 12 mm diam, 2 mm thick ) and bronze tube in less than a minute ...
Using the 5LPM HHO welder, with digital controls , anyone without any experience can do it , no oxygen, no acetilene , no propane , just water and electricity is enough ..

  • ..If you're 'welding' why are you using a copper brazing rod...?

  • @dougspair HI, ok ,in this case the proper word would be brazzing. but you can use also a bronze rod, and the I guess it would be "welding" .... is an unussual case , but the idea is to show you can weld or braze SS with Bronze or cooper , witch is easy if you use HHO ...

Mainly SS welded to cooper would be great to pàss high ampers in a specialized system..

  • looked more like brazing to me? what rod was used?

  • @Munky332 Yes, sorry we dont have in Spanish a different word for welding and brazing , so I did a wrong translation , my mistake, but youre right it is brazing with a 2% silver stick.. but the main point here is to show how can HHO be used to braze SS and Bronze with good results, , best regards Daniel

  • Dont use a bronze stick, melting temp of the rod ( or stick ) must be lower than the metal you are welding, or both will melt simultaneously leaving a big hole ..

USE a 10 to 20% silver stick ( rod) , and buy the borax at he same store you buy the stick ..

BUT IN this case I would use simply TIN , same used by electronic Techs ,, will be easier and safer... regards Daniel

  • very nice job
