MAX, IAGO - El cor de la ciutat . Ep. 1549 (Part I)

The scenes take place 1 DAY BEFORE Clara goes to the cemetery and tries to open Berta's tomb. On the 2nd part of this episode (separate video), we'll know why.

SCENE 1 (Max & K): Max talks to K, who's trying to convince him to quit Iago and to forget this guy who will do nothing to him but harm. Max says he will be at his side whatever happens. He hasn't talked with his mother yet 'cause he still thinks she's the one to put the blame on.

SCENE 2 (Clara & Sergi): Sergi tells Clara he noticed something weird in Max's overaffectionate behaviour towards Iago during the funeral, as if they were a couple again.

SCENE 3 (Max, Clara & Radovan): Clara asks Max directly if Iago and himself are a couple. Max says yes. Clara wants his son to forget Iago but Max tells her he loves him and he will be at his side. He urges Clara to leave the flat and then Radovan steps into demanding a last jewel: the pendant (which was hidden in Iago's boot).

SCENE 4 (Max & Clara): Afert Radovan's visit, Max has to tell Clara all the truth about the robbery where Berta was killed. She wants to go to the police station and tell everything to Sergi but Max stops her: if she does so, he will be involved too. The only thing she can do (according to Max's request) is to keep her mouth shut so Iago and himself won't be harmed.

Because he loves Iago so much, Max is dragging himself into a whirl. He tells Clara studies, friends and family don't matter to him anymore; he only wants to be with Iago (and, somehow, rescue him from delinquency). I'm afraid (let's see how next episodes unfold) Max's stubborn attitude can only lead him... to loneliness. In love but somehow alone. Even K seems less supportive than a few episodes ago.Sniff!
