its been a while since you did this so i imagine you're better by now. I can see by the bouncing motion of the ball that you're a beginner but otherwise it looks good. also you have very elegant hands which will one day compliment you're contact juggling immensely. And i know you're probably a muse fan but if you juggle to something a bit more sensitive, maybe some bonobo (look him up if you don't know him) you'll find it's like meditating.

You are getting the ball in the right place but know you need to work on not moving your arms and body more than necessary. The less your body moves the more the ball "floats". Keep it up and keep posting! :)
