I have this loom and am going to try using it....how would I know how to make a pair of socks for a 3 year old girl...whose foot I can't measure at the moment?

First - can you ask the parent to measure or find out the child's show size? You really do need to know that information in order to get the sock the correct proportion. You might also purchase a pair of socks that are listed to fit a child of three years and measure those, but they probably will not be ab exact fit.

my stitches seemed to tight on my first try...I removed the entire "test" sock and will start over. I wish I lived where I had faster internet I am waiting for the tutorial to load and its driving me crazy because all I want to do is make a sock..

Sorry that you're having problems with the loading of the tutorial. Take the time to relax and loosen up your hands. Shake out the stress - stress will cause your stitches to be tight every time. Let me know if I can answer any questions. Peace and joy...

well, I might just try to measure her foot sometime....she's my niece so I am sure she'd hold still for a few seconds or I can ask my sister in law or brother to measure her foot. Thanks
