call of juarez isnt really get a stress on your card.
i have 9500GT playing MAX SETTINGS on call of juarez (yes bound in blood) and it dosnt show even A BIT of lag.

if he records with Fraps, it wont be a real benchmark because Fraps significantly reduces framrates when recording.
