if i already dragged pieces off the top right section in the UV texture editor how do i get them back to the original state.

if you texture and apply details and bumpmaps in zbrush, whats the point of going to the work of making a clean looking uv, whats wrong with the perfect zbrush tiled uv

Nothing is wrong with Zbrush UV tile map if you plan to simply use it in a picture. But Zbrush simply breaks up every face into its own UV Shells and this produces seams in when rendered. Although not very noticeable in a picture, in a real time environment they are quite evident. If you have ever noticed a obvious seam that appears on a video game character for instance. Plus by laying them out this way, you can choose what faces get more of the pixel detail, and where the actual seams show up.

Yes be sure that when you bake out the textures to start painting them that you realize the prior texture has been replaced with the baked out uv lines.
