  • Leslie Sansone is terrific. There's nothing out there that's like this - kind-to-your-body where you're not killing yourself AND see results if you keep doing it.

  • @IrisMG I was wondering that too, so I've just been adding about a minute of slower walking, kind of like on her other videos.

  • Get the heart racing and just quit? Is that safe? I know her other videos feature a cooldown but this is just a 5 min walk.

  • I was almost 250 lbs last march when i first started doing leslies walk at home vids ondemand from my cable i also watched what i ate and today im atleast 70 lbs lighter! I love Leslie! Shes sooooo nice, ive met her only once. Shes from where i live and her brother owns a resturaunt here and i had an interview the right as i turned in my application(got the job on the spot) and she was there and told me i had a beautiful smile! I only do her vids and richard simmons!

  • Since I work hard at a desk all day I dont have a lot of time to lose weight and I am so desperate to be thin again. I will use this program and get as much calorie burning as i can when I can, even if its 5 or 10 minutes. I like walking, it clears my head.
