Wait! If corperations are now considered to have human rights and privilages then shouldn't they also be accountable and punishable by human laws? I mean couldn't a lawer argue that a corperation is committing an act of murder or theft?

Corporations are, essentially, just tools to make money by doing something that is favorable to the market. They are no more good or evil than a hammer. Unfortunately the profit motive is what drives the majority of people to work, without it we stagnate. If you dont believe that, look no farther than the Warsaw Pact and their failed economies just before they collapsed.

Since they are NOW considered people, everyone who can should get a lawyer to represent them in at least one class action suit that is designed to make them act like they are supposed to and should be able be accountable for their actions. The idea that they are suable didn't seem to have occurred to them when they were trying to circumvent the McCain / Feingold Act. You and I are positively aware this is so they could use soft money contributions that John McCain created a law to prevent.

Does corporation without money equal simply human organization? No single leader but leaders. Every individual of the leaders needs to abide to law in their own individual countries yet as a group, because conflicting laws among individual countries, they have no advantages to abide to laws in countries restricting them like individual with nationality. We us corporations to acquire advantages, not restrictions, and each individual has desire and illusion of being able to be outside of oneself.

Big Bonuses have a bad rep. In Australia there is a Telephone Company call Telstra but Telstra transfered their Call Centres to India to avoid speaking directly with the over 200.000 people who complain of bad services each year. So, if someone wants to say Fu*** You to Telstra for taking 6 weeks to fix the Telephone Line chances are that you will be talking with an Indian who lives in the country of India. The Indian TV Media is calling Australians Racist for expressing their frustration toward Telstra's Evil Corporation

When a sole proprietorship or small individual businessman wants to protect his personal assets from business liability, he is advised to incorporate himself. This is because, by law, the corporation is not the individual person or citizen. But any sane person knows what a citizen is and surely knows what a human being is. Oh wait! The brilliant conservatives on the Supreme Court do not know what an American citizen is. Therefore any decision they make on behalf of the people cannot be rational.

Ignorance permeates everywhere these days. Corporations aren't evil or "kill bots" (so dumb). They are what they are by the people who create the demand for their products or services (you and I).

What we need is more transparency and awareness so we can make better decisions. So we can punish the bad corporations and reward the good ones. In effect, put the right incentives in place for good behavior.

People like Jonathan Kim and TYT do more harm with their ignorance than actually help.
