@PBchristian101 Well pretty much I really only have a couple things to say without physically being there and that is practice all the time over and over. this team spent 2-3 hours a day 3 days a week doing this. secong play to the strengths of your members and last. "smooth is fast" you cant hear our commander very well but we sound off with that just before we start. if you get cluster fucked you screw up. run smooth and times are fast

u guys r pretty impressive. my team is from north carolina and we have won the state champion rope bridge the last 2 years. im the far man and i have to say ur guy is the first guy i have seen who is fast then me. i average 15 seconds and he got a 13 so im damn impressed lol. very nice job. we also do the one foot crossing and we average 1min 15sec bridge. nice job guys and keep up the good work

well to be homest he was going slow his best time is 10 flat. but averages around 11. back then of course

yeah, in florida you would have a 30 second penalty for each person who didnt have at least one foot on the rope. Sure it slows you down but it makes it more interesting bc it's all arm strength when crossing then. My team can run a 1:49 by florida regulations

well this team with out the alternate can do this way in 58 seconds and im sure that we could manage to put one foot over and still get under 1:30.
