ok i don't et why ppl r so worried i mean if u gonna call this a rip off of gow then what is Gow beins dmc came way before it and i personaly think dmc is better so in all reality a game is a game just enjoy it

actually for their first game, it is not bad! though some part need to be repaired. I hope Vigil second game will improved :DDD

Rip off or not, I'd still rather play this than God of War. GoW had the first hero that I actually wanted to fail in his mission.
A trite, bland looking, asshole killer hacking through badly reinterpreted Greek myth for the mouthbreather set.

Owned this game for 3 days now. I must say i dont know how they give this game a 10/10. Sure its fun and looks great. But its not as good ans it was hyped up to be.
The controls are for sure the worst part of this game. Not to mention the platforming and puzzle are so short and brief they could have been left out of the game all together and no one would complain.
Dont be fooled this is a sword bashing weapon upgrading god of war clone with wanna-be platforming and puzzles.

Have you gotten anywhere near the end of the game? Once you're in the tower before Straga with the portal gun it's quite challenging. Sure it isn't God of War or Zelda but for a first game, Vigil did good.
The controls take some getting used to, which adds on to the challenge I felt.
Lastly, it wasn't hyped at all.
