doesent this require a webcam?

@dorothy3242 It requires any imaging device that supports Windows Image Acquisition (WIA).

Most webcams will work, some phones and mobile devices with cameras may work also.

My videos were made by attaching a camcorder to a PC via FireWire (IEEE 1394).

@AndreehXD try to play around with the last 2 settings (MarkerDetectMode and MarkerGrayScaleThreshold) in settings.ini. try a lower MarkerGrayScaleThreshold. (around 50-80 worked for me)
