  • why do they wear the bands??

  • @Tihidapanda The use the bands during warm up, stretch , strength and conditioning. The bands directly target the quads, hams, glutes, hips, hip flexor and abs during any physical activity.

  • how often can you use the bands to to train with? Should you give yourself a day in between each session? And when using the bands as shown here should we be using the red one or the green ones?

  • @JamDaLost1 these ladies us the bands 3-4 times per week. during stretch and conditioning. we have yellow bands for younger athletes, red for mid range and light stretching and green for those above 110 lbs if need. we also have blue Power Bands for advancedtraining. mostly it depends on the weight and size of the user and the level of training.

  • where can you get the bands?

  • @gymfinitycoach please see our web site at myosourc.com

  • How long do u usually condition?

  • Ugh conditionng is the worst!!!!!!!!! We do it every 2 weeks, sometimes every week, depends on what our coach wants us to do, but nits the worst thing, ever. God I hate it except for rope climb that's fun

  • How come some of them have such skinny legs and other ones have HUGE muscular legs?! O.O

  • oh now I know

  • @myosource dso any of them us the blue band

  • I never heard of using bands for resistance but it looks like a non painfull way to improve. It also highlights form. Conditioning can be hell with the wrong instructor.

  • @BieberFeverGhurl I start gymnastics at 16. You can start gymnastics at any age as long as you can find a gym.
