I hate to say, but I don't think that deer survived. You can see giblets fly everywhere when it gets hit. But it's not the officer's fault.

@vicoprofen HE WAS RESPONDING TO AN EMERGENCY. What if you were being stabbed repeatedly, would you want the police to be going the speed limit, stopping at every light til it turns green? Even if the patrol officer was going the speed limit he would not have been able to avoid the collision with the deer. This is a common safety problem in Minnesota as anyone who has had this experience can tell you.
