Kevin Heney is the poor fool who went into a corporate owned Mickey Dee's in San Jose, CA and bought an Angus burger.
Halfway into it a bone in the burger split his molar in two and he returned to the Mickey Dee's where they kindly sent in a form to their insurance company.
The girl from the insurance company wasn't so nice and said that without the bone (which was swallowed) she would not even discuss the problem with him.
When our poor hero pointed out that it might still be possible to retrieve the bone, she told him to call back when he did, and they could continue the conversation.
Two days passed and Mr. H. got all CSI and retrieved the evidence. He called the insurance lady back and she told him that they would not accept the evidence because it was hazardous material. When asked why she didn't mention that beforehand she said she had only been kidding when she told him he could "retrieve the evidence." Our hero tried to contact someone at Mickey Dee's but he only received a formal response suggesting that he contact the resaurant's insurance company. So now he steers clear of those golden arches and he hopes you will, too.

Dude I hope he gets his bills paid...I'm not sure someone would go to the trouble of making an elaborate video about something that didn't happen....but what do I know, people will do anything for attention

Problem is, this guy thinks it's up to mcdonalds and their lawyers. If you punch someone is it up to you if they want to sue? Threaten to take them to court, that will get the attention of their insurance.
