No he's fucking not man, he's doing sheer body weight workouts which is pretty much what you do when you're playin sports or learning gymnastics, he's just leagues ahead of kids his age! good for him. and he's not gonna have any height issues either

This will really stunt his growth with this type of workout. The age to really start lifting iron would be around 15/16. Anything before that is ridiculous.
