Italian master chefs love HK!

Pasta, pizza, wine and cheese - the finest Italian produce was on show at Joia restaurant last week. Marking the launch of the annual Italian Cuisine Asia Summit, scores of chefs were also out in force.

During the summit, 15 master cooks - including the Michelin 2-starred Massimo Bottura - were hosted by the best Italian restaurants in town.
The summit also celebrated two decades of fine Italian cuisine in Hong Kong.
