@lisaninus Just keep doing it, 6 days a week if you can, hold for about 1minute, if you can hold for longer then great! Make sure you are very warm before you stretch. Also the warmer you are the more beneficial the stretching will be.

There is always someone who has to be negative!!!!! I found your video very informative. I am a teacher myself & your technique is wonderful. Anyone who writes a negative message like that clearly knows nothing about dance!
