I think I have Belkin's "work" "N" router. I also have a NetGear universal WiFi range extender (WN2000RPT) and the top light of this extender turns amber and then red occasionally. On my laptop I have to disconnect and then reconnect from my home wireless network in order to reset things otherwise, I don't have an internet connection. I also have to unplug and replug in the range extender to reset the connection it seems. Is there anyway around this? Do I have to get another router?
i prefer dlink's powerline av's... i returned this netgear wifi for it... you will spend more, but you get great consistent speed

@misu3rd In the manual it says to connect to NETGEAR_EXT; how do I do that? I can't find it anywhere!
