this is so good! i was going to do the same thing... it is true, though, he's always complaining about having no friends when he's got heaps of friends. even when he's friends AREN'T there, he's got the TARDIS. after all, he did say she was a sentient creature. i loved 10, but he was never really very close to the TARDIS.

@MarisPallitax1 - True, 11 is much closer to the TARDIS. 10 was really dependant on his human companions. I really have to watch more of the older episodes to see if this has always been the case with the doctor. Thanks for the comment!

@nobletaylorjones apparently in one of the old episodes, when the doctor was off on his adventures the TARDIS was humming a song to itself (or herself).
