@nicolem8890 the same thing happen to me when i checked the movie out. then i relized that it was the european verson. you can get the american verson on dvd on amazon.

Never seen this ending, I only seen the European ending that don't have this music or the scene where the horn is restored.

I recently bought the DVD and was so excited, but came to realize there were some scenes missing that I specifically remembered from when I was a kid. They omitted the part where the unicorn horn was re attached. I was all "Wth? what about the unicorn!!!" But I am glad to find someone has the full ending. :)

I dont care what anyone says....even to this day this is one of the most memorable movies I remember watching as a little girl. I was only 3 years old when this movie came out and I actually wore out my vhs of this movie because I played it so many times. It will always been one of my favorite movies until the end of time. The music (Tangerine Dream's and Jerry Goldsmith's version) is just so beautiful and emotional.
