A brilliant event. many congratulations to the YEC for such a success on their first attempt. Three 17 mile laps was just long enough for us oldies to get a good ride (4 for experts) and the course was challenging but not wrecking. Beautiful open countryside, tight and flowing single track and some great climbs and descents. If you're reading this and have a Vinduro bike, this is the event to enter.
It was round 6 of the NEEC championship the next day - what a great idea for a two day event.
