This is Pjandrey aka "baby darness" practicing his kicks,punches, knees, all that all that. Lemme know what you think. Opinions THIS time are welcome! This is just his little sparring session wanted to test his accuracy and form. And Father's this is a perfect way to get your kids to test themselves, they love impressing their Parents; so in other words...do the damn pushups with them - it's part your fault they're fat! I'm sure you're kids aren't cutting out coupons and taking their credit card to buy sugary gooey stuff lol, anyway back to the subject.... Get your kids to workout, Challenge them...trust me they like it. lol...

  • The kicks are all with the left foot like that video from around a year ago. Not good in a real fight. Some good blows, but what's with this running out of gas all the time?

    Some of these videos pjandrey is full of energy, like the recent family one with the pole, and everything on his page; in others it looks like he just ran a marathon. Maybe more should go on his page as an incentive to build up stamina?

    There was better form on the pullups, and the mohawk is getting very impressive.

  • Very good but i would recommend that when u hit, the kick needs to come from the knee. The way he is doing is making the kick have no power. Just A Tip! :)
