Nothing racist about it.
It's a case of numbers really, if you have a lot of people (asians in this case), some of them are bound to be really good at something.
Lets take China vs Denmark ... China has a population of 1.3 billion people, while Denmark has only 6 million. So china has a greater chance to make great mucisians and scientists than Denmark.
However, sometimes even the small country creates a genius.
It's a numbers game that favor the big country.
