His answer is very clear. It's relative because of cost of living. An apartment in Manhattan could make a doctor a pauper even if he makes 200k a year. He's giving a clear answer that *most* Americans making over 250k are rich, but not all.
The problem with many Americans is they don't like thinking they're poor. If your attention span is so short you only like McCain's one-liners, I suggest you do the country a favor and don't vote for anybody.
