i am thankful to brother bajaury for sending me the audio.i hope to present it in six sections.mehboob bacha's award winning poetry "da pukhtoonkhwa tasveer" colorful picture of pakhtoonkhwa, a beautiful lady is narrated by the poet himself. i hope you like it and write your comments.

za ba da qalam pa jaba da jusa rokhana krem
ta ba de tasveer ke bia lang rang da wafa wachawa.

(i will highlight the beauty of her figure with my pen
i wish you will impart her with devotion and faithfulness.)

makh ba werla za da Abaseen pa chapo wa wenzam
ta pa ke maujuna da Amoo da draza wa chawa.

(i see her beautiful face washed in the Abaseen river
i wish you add the thunder of the Amu to the rize and fall of her her waves.)

khaal la ka Chatral ba werla za pa tendi kegdama
ta pre da Bolan da palwasho na ranrha wachawa.

(i will paint chatral as a beautiful dot on her forehead
i wish you light up her beautiful face with the lights of Bolan.)

haar da zamarudo da de ghar ba werpa gharha kem
saure da zangalo werla zulfe pa sha wa chawa.

(i will garland her with the precious stones of the mountains of my land
i wish the shadows of the woodlands will form her dark hair.)

shunde ba ye za da Pekhawer pa surkhey sre krhama
ta pre da khyber au taterey na zala wachawa.

(i will colorize her lips with the bright red colours of my city Peshawar
i wish you impart her the bright rays of Khyber and Tatera.)

stergo la bai za da watan tola bejli ra walem
ta pa ke da masto tanderuno adaa wa chawa.

(i will electrify her eyes with the power houses of my country
i wish you would add some thunder to her scenery.)

wrek di shi pezwan da da mughulwal da ghulamey nakha,
ta werta chargul da pukhtano da anna wa chawa.

(i curse the nostril rings as that is the symbol of moghul slavery,i wish you will wear chargul that pashtoon women fondly wear.)

ker ba da sro gulo pa lamano werla wa karhema
ta werla suur shaal pakhtoone makh da haya wacha wa.

(i will stich flowers over the edges of her shirt
i hope you will give her red shaal for haya and perdah.)

jorhe ba werta za krhama sangal da marghale pa sar
ta werta jehlem ke pokh parhaw da baqa wa chawa.

(i will build a look-out on top of mergala mountain
and you build and make Jehlam as youe home-land)

noom da Pukhtoonkhwa ba ye Mehboob pa seena wa lekii,
ta pa ke da wago-tago berkha biala wachawa.

(i will tatoo "Pukhtoonkhwa"over her chest,
you take care of her under privileged, poor.)

I reckon that Mahboob Ali MAHBOOB IS A POET OF POETS. People like him propagate our culture. In his poem "pukhtunkhwa tasweer' he has depicted Pukhtunkhwa a lady that we must protect, love and preserve. Pukhtunkhwa Zindabad.
