@alterbassman thanks, my brother had an extra set of ernieball's with him. It was on sale at a music store for 2 packs of ernieball's

@basssican i changed my strings 1 week ago for some ernieball's regular slinky but i feel something went wrong with it since i've only used my bass 3 times and i don't hear them bright anymore as it's supposed to be.i've replaced my 9v battery to see if it helped but nothing happened...have you experienced that before? cuz i don't..i feel heartbroken hahaha

@alterbassman idk the only thing I can tell u is when I started using rotosound strings I started to get disappointed from the strings. Thankfully I had the ernieball's put in and a good repair. I got the sound I wanted and the fret buzz has gone down a lot. But I've used ernieballs for a while and they always work.
