1. Speak Swedish.
2. Are integrated into the society and accept the system.
3. Want to be a Swede.
It has nothing to do with the colour of your skin, why are you being so racist? So, even though I'm a citizen here, born here and seen as a swede by everyone in and outside of Sweden (except you) - including myself I can't be Swedish since I'm not blonde and my (Swedish) surname only has 4332 carriers?
