I just started doing this i practiced form with no weight just the bar i feel a little pain in my lower back is this normal or am i doing something wrong

more than likely you need to work on intra-abdominal pressure (breathe into your stomach, not your chest, then flex your abs out to stabilize the core). I hope that helps!

@jhashey Hey is it normal to have the extreme back pain after doing this exercise , cud'nt sleep for a day & continuing this exercise wud it make my back stronger or aggravate my pain...
And i'm lifting 100 lbs only.

Thanks. But last time i did this i made a huuuge fart. Everyone was pointing and laughing at me. So i took home and ordered pizza and cola. I'm not sure i will be doing this exercise again..

what's the difference between Romanian DL and Stiff Legged DL? I realise the knees are slighty bend are straightened when you come up. Is there any advantage for hamstring tension/flexion or is it just easier on the lower back?
