@milchev I'm Portuguese so I know what I'm saying. This is portuguese and it is a song that the people from angola sang after they removed the colonists (us) from there when the fascist regime fell in Portugal. It is a song about a man called Vladimir (short form is Volodia) who helped fight the neocolonialism.

Volódia , Volódia, Volódia has fallen in the defense of the angolan people Volódia, beloved son of the angolan people Volódia has given his life for a righteous cause Volódia has died, but his name remained here with people! Down with capitalism! Down with imperialism! Down with neocolonialism! Onwards socialism! Reaction, No Pasarán! Opression, No Pasarán! The fight goes on until the final victory (2x) Reaction, No Pasarán! Opression, No Pasarán!
-
Far away I heard that name Unforgettable to the children of Angola Volódia , Volódia, Volódia has fallen in the defense of the angolan people Volódia Volódia , Volódia has fallen in the hands of the imperialists which intend to impose us the neocolonialism. Angolan people, all very vigilant That in neocolonialism the repression is worse The misery is a martyrdom The pooverty too. And neocolonialism has no color.

Please correct the english translation. The right one would be something like this:
Far away I heard that name
Unforgettable to the children of Angola
Volódia , Volódia, Volódia has fallen in the defense of the angolan people
Volódia Volódia , Volódia has fallen in the hands of the imperialists
which intend to impose us the neocolonialism.

Só o Socialismo rumo ao Comunismo pode resolver os problemas do mundo de hoje.
is this portoguese?

No,so-called the "translation from Portuguese" made "by Kostya Mu-U" is false and has nothing with the song that sounds in the film (except coincidence of some words, like "neocolonialism", "socialism", "no pasaran" and, of course, "Volodia").

so what does it say then

It says that The sun rises, and then - watch the film. :-)
