Its a glitch.
Well it could be a glitch or just the camera.
But there is a glitch that makes the car shake like that.

I do! yeah it does fucking matter... i mean, for all i know, they really didn't used cheats.
But if they did use no traffic cheat and than putted in the end of the vid "NO MODS" you may say i can't really trust them now can i? =/

Its not a mod, its a cheat dumbass, and it in no way enhances the stunt, it doesnt make us go higher or anything of the sort.
