All that is paid for through property taxes paid to municipalities for the purpose of paying fire fighters, police officers, librarians, etc. The counties usually impose this tax. You're dumb.

If these people are so interested in private enterprise running everything, why don't we have them pay a premium to have the service of the fire department, the police department, and being able to go to the library! So when that rapist's in your house the police can charge you because your call wasn't pre-authorized for them to come, like how health care companies charge for the ambulance ride when someones knocked out!

Not if you change your job or lose it. Read the language of the bill.
You should also know that the courts have ruled that when a healthcare bill does not explicitly prohibit support for abortion IT IS COVERED by the bill. This is because for some reason it is a "right" in this country to kill a child.
This healthcare billl does prohibit abortion coverage so it is covered and will be paid for by the tax payers.
