Yeah, it happens. I welfare high riskers just like you and all they do is rol. Most of them safe like crazy, thinking we have an infinite supply of Dbolts and specs and whine about Phoenix neck, some of them tab, it's a waste of supplies, but sometimes you'll get lucky! I stopped rag ranging 110+ in pvp because it's a huge waste of bolts n pots, but try something different like Bh+1. Tons of torso and void noobs that love to rush epers
