All in all Hans is guilty and deserves the punishment but is also time to understand what drives people crazy( who otherwise do not have any such record) to do things like hans did. Family courts esp. in community states like CA seem to be the blissful kingdom of "legal terrorists"

I disagree about the method used when Hans handled this.He killed someone and its not fair BUT SOCIETY this country does not want to see beyond this...WHY DID HE KILL HIS WIFE.WAS he another retarded islamic imbecile or what caused this.
