No, this is UE3 but the graphics wasnt tweeked. This is an old gameplay test, the graphics was later on used to the best of its abiltiy.

That was my bad, this is UE3 but it wasn't tweeked, it's just like GOW2 that uses UE3 but it looks better than the orginal graphics, They are using UE3 on this but it just isn't tweeked. Look at a guy called Beerlover 2007 his comment explains all.

No it isn't, you dumb ass. The PC version still has the same character look as Gears of War on 360. The previews/demos of Gears of War had the character models changed a little, but they changed them before they released Gears of War.
